What is CBD oil ?
CBD oil (Cannabidiol) is the oil that is left after removing the pleasant (head-raising) THC substance in the plant called cannabis or marijuana.
I would like to mention it because it is one of the "supplements" that I personally use, am satisfied with and recommend to anyone who asks. From anxiety and daily tensions to sleep disorders, pain relief, and even natural-reinforcement treatments for cancer, CBD is ubiquitous.
If you say does it really have a therapeutic effect or does it give relief through the "placebo" effect, that is, psychological belief; I'm one of those people who believes it has an effect.
CBD Oil is completely free and widely used in the healthcare field in the country I live in. In England, hemp production is subject to special permission and CBD oil is still imported from abroad and used for special purposes and applications.
CBD oil has nothing to do with the "hemp seed oil" sold in herbalists. Since the CBD ratio in these oils is extremely low, you will not see any positive effects.
I recommend CBD oil (CBD content should be between 2-10% (ideally: 5%)) to my clients because I have personally witnessed that it works wonders especially for anxiety and tension-related migraines. It is not addictive or dizzy because it does not contain drugs, it is used as a natural treatment for pure relaxation.
CBD has an effective power on neurotransmitters in the brain, it helps to regulate anxiety and depression by increasing dopamine and serotonin levels, and strengthens the immune system due to its natural antioxidant nature. It has also been proven in various studies to have a positive effect on migraine and muscle pain. In addition, since it does not contain THC, side effects such as paranoid thoughts and addiction seen in cannabis use are not encountered.
